Whether you have a passion for coaching, scorekeeping, organizing uniforms, field maintenance, helping out in our concession stand, or sharing any special skills that can help make Platte Canyon Little League better: WE NEED YOU!  Without Volunteers, Platte Canyon Little League could not exist.  If you have any general questions about volunteering, please reach out to us at [email protected]. 

All volunteers entering the field or interacting with players must register as a volunteer on our website and agree to a background check.  This is a mandatory Little League International rule.  There is no cost to our volunteers and is a very simple process.

Team Parent
Let your head coach know you are interested and set up an after game snack volunteer list.  Sign Up Genius is a great place to start.  You can organize any other team activities that you can think of during the season.

Scorekeeper
For Minor League and up, scorekeepers manage game statistics and pitch counts using the app GameChanger.  

Field Maintenance
Coaches already have a lot on their plate.  Help out by setting bases, marking lines, and raking the field before and after practices and games.  The League will also never turn down weed eater and mower time, turf management,  and any other field improvements ideas that you have.
